Abstract: This paper summarizes the necessity of designing organizational structure adjustment in EPC mode. It compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three commonly used design organizational structure model, and finds the advantages that the matrix structure compared to the functional and project-oriented design organizational structure. It gives the countermeasures and suggestions of some problems in the process of the matrix structure.
